During busy periods this may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • International Shipping: Typically 5–12 working days

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any local import taxes, duties, or customs charges.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or link by email.
If you did not receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — if your item is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised bats may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. What if my bat arrives damaged or develops a fault?

Cricket bats are natural willow and small cracks can occur — this is normal.
If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will review the claim under our HK Warranty.

7. Do you offer a warranty on bats?

Yes — all HK bats come with a warranty (details on our Warranty page).
Warranty covers manufacturing faults, not damage caused by:

  • Mishits
  • Wet wickets
  • Lack of knocking‑in
  • Use with bowling machine balls

8. Do I need to knock‑in my new bat?

Yes — all bats require proper knocking‑in before use, even if labelled “pre‑prepared”.

9. Can I use my bat with a bowling machine?

We do not recommend using your match bat with bowling machine balls.
They are harder than match balls and can quickly damage the blade.

10. What size bat do I need?

Bat sizing depends on height.
Here is a quick guide:

  • Size 4: 4’9″–4’11”
  • Size 5: 4’11″–5’2″
  • Size 6: 5’2″–5’6″
  • Harrow: 5’6″–5’9″
  • Full‑Size (SH): 5’9″+
