Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised bats.

Used cricket gear.

Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. 

If you receive a cricket bat that appears to be defective or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the bat (including the handle, edges, toe, and face) along with packaging images. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the situation. Bats that have been used, knocked-in, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
